as a courtesy to others, please do not bring your pets or children to your appointment

cancelation policy-

We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. You will be charged 50% of the price of the appointment that you scheduled if the 24 hours is not met. If the appointment is considered a “no show” (cancelled after the appointment time) you will be charged the full price of the service. We will make exceptions if we can re-schedule you the same day or we can fill your appointment from a waiting list.

A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. You will be charged 50% of the total for all full sets & lash lifts, the remainder will be due at the time of the appointment. 

refunds & returns-

No refunds or returns will be given for services rendered

allergies & sensitivities-

We always use glue made in the USA, it is latex & formaldehyde free. Although reaction to products used during your lash service is very low-risk, it is a possibility you should be aware of when getting lash extensions.  Unless known allergies are stated by you, it is otherwise unforeseeable. No refunds will be issued for reactions.

​If you are experiencing a reaction from lashes applied at another salon or have had a reaction to adhesive or lashes in the past, we will not be able to service you.
